Law Society LEXCEL office recognises Mulderrigs for a sixteenth consecutive year.
The Law Society developed the LEXCEL standard to indicate that a law firm is maintaining the highest standards of management and client care.
A rigorous annual inspection is conducted by a specialist assessor. The assessment involves reviews of our files and accounts records, and interviews with our staff.
This year’s assessment took place on 13th March.
As in previous years, we were complimented by the assessor for our standards in all areas.
Commenting on the re-accreditation our MD Paul Mulderrig said:
“We were very proud to have been one of the first small firms to achieve LEXCEL when we were first recognised back in 2002.
We survey our clients on a rolling basis and we are used to having an approval rating of 98%.
So we weren’t surprised to be granted LEXCEL recognition again this year.
But all the same, it’s great to have this vote of confidence from an independent assessor.
This recognition is a credit to the hard work of the staff at Mulderrigs.
I hope it also reassures to our clients that we do our very best to handle cases with the highest possible professional standards.”
