A big win for an injured cyclist
Mr Fearon had a cycling accident very early one December morning when a "white van man" ran into him from behind.
Our client was badly knocked about; he had a nasty laceration to his ear and some damage to his teeth.
He was initially represented by solicitors appointed by his union, but the insurers for the van driver denied responsibility and he wasn't getting anywhere.

Accidents on holiday
Mrs Winger was an American lady who came to the UK on holiday with friends. She was walking through the grounds of a hotel in Wales when a stone step collapsed beneath her and she suffered a broken ankle.
When she returned home to Florida she contacted us via the web and we agreed to take on her case on "no win no fee" terms.
