Mrs Eaton went on a package tour holiday and suffered a nasty back injuiry when she slipped and fell on a wet and slippery staircase.

We took on her case against Thomson Holidays who had arranged the package tour.

Miss Wheeler was a young school girl who was injured on a foreign school trip.

She had been put in a bedroom with a dangerous glass partition door and suffered nastyu cuts when the glass in the door was broken.

We took on the claim against the UK-based tour company who had organised the trip, and helped our client recover compensation of over £10,000.00.

Mrs Connor is an American lady who came to the UK on holiday with friends.

Unfortunately, she suffered a nasty ankle injury when a step collapsed beneath her as she walked through the grounds of a hotel in Wales.

Our MD Paul Mulderrig is a keen cricket fan, and travelled all the way to OZ in 2007 to see us get soundly thrashed 5-0. So we couldn't let this month's newsletter pass without mentioning the terrific victory in this summer's series.

Here's Paul's picture from the Saturday of the Lords Test.

Here's to our next meeting with them, Down Under in 2010!!
