Our Team
Paul Mulderrig
Paul Mulderrig is our managing director.
Paul graduated from Manchester University and qualified as a solicitor in 1987. He has run his own practice since 1989.
Paul specialises in personal injury and professional negligence claims. He has particular expertise in serious work accident compensation claims, motorcycle accident claims and claims for injured footballers.
Over the years Paul has successfully represented many injured workers and injured football players in claims for compensation.
Paul also heads our specialist professional negligence team.
Paul acted for Mr Mallon, a young footballer who suffered a badly broken leg when he was hacked down from behind by the opposition centrehalf. The insurers for the offending player refused to admit responsibility for the injury, so Paul gathered all the evidence and took the case to trial at Luton County Court, where our client was succesful. Our client recovered £100,000.00 in compensation, plus all of his legal fees.
Paul also acted in a work accident compensation claim for Mrs Jackson of Somerset who suffered a nasty back injury at work when lifting heavy trays of soft drinks in a stock room. As a result she had to take early retirement from her job. Paul took on her case and, shortly before the trial was due to take place the case was settled for just over £200,000.00 in compensation, plus all of her legal fees.
