Motorcycle Accident Compensation

We've been representing injured bikers for over twenty years, and we've recovered millions of pounds in compensation for our clients.

We love fighting bikers' cases - Especially where some stupid driver says  "The bike came from nowhere!" or  "He was riding like a lunatic!"

We'll be happy to come out and see you at home.

We'll talk to you in plain English.

And it won't cost you a penny!

NABD Chairman, Rick Hulse says "Mulderrigs - Top notch lawyers who don't treat clients like livestock". ( NABD is the National Association of Bikers with a Disability).

Miss Charcol from the Reading area suffered dreadful leg injuries in a motorcycle accident when a car emerged from a garage forecourt into her path. We gathered all the evidence, proved that the driver was to blame and then obtained compensation of more than £200,000.00 on her behalf. (The name of our client has been changed).

Mr Leabrook from Gtr Manchester suffered catastrophic leg injuries when he was knocked off his bike by a motorist who pulled out of a junction. He was being represented by other solicitors but they hadn't got anywhere with the case, so he called us. We agreed to take his case on "no win no fee" terms. We then gathered all the evidence to show that the other driver was largely to blame for the accident and recently helped our client negotiate a settlement of £675,000.00.

Mr Peters was riding a Triumph Tiger near Rochdale, on his way to look at a new bike, when he rode into a deep pothole in the middle of the road. Amazingly, he didn't fall off the bike, but even so he suffered a serious jarring injury to his back. He was in hospital for weeks and hasn't worked since the accident. We conducted detailed enquiries and obtained statements from locals who confirmed that the pothole had been there for a long time. The insurers for the council then admitted liability.

Mr Kingston was knocked of his brand new Ducati when a car in front attempted to make a U-turn across his path. Mr K suffered multiple injuries but eventually made a pretty good recovery whilst we helped him get compensation of £60,000.00.

Mr Connelly was knocked off his Honda RFV400 when a van emerged from the driveway of a golf club in Yorkshire as he was riding past. Fortunately, he escaped serious injuries and we settled his claim against the other driver for £6,000.

Mr Richards was on his way home from work near Ashton when he was swiped off his GSX600F by the driver of an oncoming car who turned right across his path. Our client suffered a very serious injury to his hip but we ensured that the insurance company admitted liability quickly and we have obtained substantial interim payments, so that he could pay his bills until he got back to work. We eventually settled his case for more than £100,000.00.

Miss McNulty  was on her way home from work in North London when her bike hit a deep pot hole which the council had failed to repair for several months. She broke her wrist and had to have an operation on her injured hand. The lawyers appointed by her insurance company weren't getting anywhere so she asked us to step in and once we had investigated the case properly the insurance company admitted liability for the accident. We then helped her settle her claim for over £10,000.00.
