£9,000.00 compensation following a disasterous driving test

Mr Stevens was involved in a nasty accident whilst taking his driving test in Gtr Manchester. He had stopped at a pelican crossing to allow an elderly lady to cross, but the car behind didn't stop and just ploughed into the back of him.

Our client suffered classic "whiplash" type injuries which proved to be quite serious.

It was clear that the other driver was to blame, and we sorted out liability for the accident very quickly.

But the insurers refused to negotiate sensibly, so we took our client's case to court, where he was awarded compensation of over £9,000.00 - several thousand pounds more than the insurers had been prepared to offer during the negotiations.

Happily, our client later resumed driving and pased his test on a rearranged date!

£18,000.00 compensation after filling station accident

Mrs Shandran slipped on a wet floor in the entrance to a filling station kiosk. She fell heavily and suffered a very nasty back injury.

Unfortunately, her original solicitors weren't getting very far with the claim, so she instructed Mulderrigs and we quickly sorted things out on her behalf.

We obtained all the necessary expert medical evidence and helped our client negotiate a settlement of £18,000.00 this month.

Mulderrigs support Bolton & England star, Kevin Davies and his fabulous KiDs of Bolton charity

We were delighted to be able to help out  Kevin Davies last week with a donation in support of his charity ball.

Kevin has set up a charity fund called KiDs of Bolton, to raise funds for disadvantaged youngters in the area, and his charity ball raised a staggering £140,000.00.
