£130,000.00 for injured motorcyclist
Mr Oldham had a nasty motorcycle accident when he was swiped off his bike by an oncoming motorist who turned right across his path.
He suffered fractures of his arm and leg.
We quickly forced the insurers for the car driver to admit liability but then had to wait until our client underwent a number of operations to repair the damage to his arm.
At a meeting with the insurers at the end of May we helped Mr Oldham reach a settlement of £130,000.00 plus all of his legal expenses.

Insurers admit liability in cycling accident
Mrs Bradshaw had a cycling accident earlier this year. She was commuting to work through Richmond Park when she was knocked off her bike at a roundabout by a careless motorist. Luckily our client's injuries were relatively minor but her £1100.00 bike was wrecked.
The insurers for the driver said responsibility for the accident should be split "50-50", which was complete nonsense - We investigated the case, gathered all the evidence and proved that the driver was completely to blame.
We will now help our client get compensation for her injuries and her damaged bike.
