We are delighted to announce that Mulderrigs have been appointed to the 2011 list of Personal Injury Solicitors published by Headway.
Headway is a charity which carries out all sorts of invaluable work on behalf people who have suffered serious head injuries.
Our MD Paul Mulderrig said "We are all delighted to be appointed to the Headway list. It's a great credit to Diane Hamilton and Joanne Smith who have done some fantastic work over the last few years on behalf of clients who have suffered serious head injuries."

£11,000.00 compensation for injured shopper after a fall at ASDA
Our client Mrs Farthing was Christmas shopping in ASDA when she slipped on a dangerous spillage which hadn't been cleared up.
Unfortunately, she was carrying a bottle of wine when she fell and she suffered a very nasty cut to her leg.
The supermarket refused to accept any responsibility for our client's accident so we prepared all of the evidence and took the case to a trial at the County Court in December, where our client was awarded over £11,000.00 in compensation.

£30,000.00 compensation for injured footballer following "reckless" challenge
Mr Redman was a keen amateur footballer in Leciestershire until he suffered a badly broken leg as a result of a dangerous foul challenge during a game in January 2009.
The referee sent the offending player off the field and described the incident as a "reckless challenge".
The insurers for the offending player refused to admit responsibility for the incident, so we agreed to deal with the case on "no win no fee" terms. We issued court proceedings and the case was due for trial in January 2011, but the insurers finally admitted liability in December 2010 and agreed to pay our client almost £30,000.00 in compensation for his injuries.
We have been representing injured footballers for over fifteen years in cases where serious injuries have been caused by reckless challenges. If you need some free advice about a football injury you can contact us online or call free on 0800 0523 693.
(The names of our clients have all been changed).
