Mulderrigs receive Law Society LEXCEL accolade for a 9th straight year
We are delighted to announce that our annual audit for the Law Society's LEXCEL quailty mark was carried out during November and, once again, we passed with flying colours!
In the Law Society's own words "...Lexcel accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
MD Paul Mulderrig commented "Only 5% of the nation's law firms have achieved LEXCEL accreditation, so we are very proud of the achievement.
Over the years it has given our clients the confidence to return to us time after time, and to recommend us to their family and friends."

17K for an injured biker
Mr Kendrick had a nasty motorcycle accident on his way home from a bike festival at Brands hatch. A careless motorist emerged from a junction and caused a collision.
Our client suffered nasty injuries to his hand and foot.
We quickly secured an admission of liability from the insurers for the car driver, gathered the medical evidence in support of the claim and settled our client's case last month for £17,000.00.

Our Man Mulderrig has gone Down Under
This month's news is pretty brief because our head honcho Paul Mulderrig has sneaked off to watch the Ashes.
