Miss Whittington was riding to work in Manchester when a van driver turned right across her path, knocking her off her bike. Some of our recent cycling cases..
Mr O'Grady from Lancashire was out on a training ride when he was hit from behind by a young driver who just wasn't looking where he was going (no surprise there then!). Our client suffered nasty head and back injuries and was away from his work for quite a while. We took on his case, forced the insurers to admit liability very quickly and gathered medical evidence which helped Mr O'Grady to recover over £30,000.00 in compensation.
Mr Morley from Oldham was knocked off his bike when a car ploughed into him from behind at a roundabout. The other driver drove away and then denied being involved! We issued court proceedings against the other driver, who then decided that he was to blame after all! Mr Morley had suffered a jarring injury to his back and leg, but fortunately it wasn't too serious and we helped him recover compensation of £3,200.00.
