Car accident victim transfers to Mulderrigs and wins £50,000.00 in compensation
Mrs Blaydon suffered multiple injuries in a car accident after a careless motorist pulled out of a junction into the path of her car.
She was initially referred to "panel" solicitors by her own insurers but she wasn't getting anywhere and contacted Mulderrigs after finding us on the internet.
We went out to see her to discuss her claim, got the file from her former lawyers and quickly got the case back on the rails.
We then gathered all the necessary medical evidence and helped our client settle her case for £50,000.00 in July.

£100,000.00 compensation for injured pedestrian
Mr Rattigan suffered serious leg injuries when he was knocked at a seaside town in the NorthWest.
There were major roadworks underway but, between them the council and the contractors had allowed the barriers and signs to become very confusing. This led to our client being knocked down by a contractors wagon as he tried to cross the road.
The case was a difficult one with two sets of contractors and the council all denying responsibility for the accident. But Diane Hamilton, one of our specialist lawyers was determined to help our client get some compensation.
Diane investigated the accident circumstances and all the evidence very carefully and then brought court proceedings against the two contractors and the council.
They all denied any responsibility for the accident, and argued that the accident was our client's own fault, but in July they agreed to pay our client £100,000.00 compensation for his injuries.

£42,000.00 compensation after a fall in Oldham
Mr Bradley tripped over a broken paving stone whilst out in Oldham town centre and suffered a serious shoulder injury.
The council have a legal duty to maintain their roads and pavements in a safe condition, so we agreed to take on Mr Bradley's claim against them.
The council admitted liability for the accident and we then obtained specialist medical evidence in relation to our client's injury.
Court proceedings were issued to sort out how much compensation our client should receive, but with a hearing date approaching in August the council agreed to pay our client £42,500.00 in compensation for his injuries and other losses.
