Masssive win for injured farmworker
Mr Jansen suffered a serious accident at work when he fell from a roof while working as a farm labourer in the west country. He suffered a fractured skull and other head injuries which left him with major problems.
We took on the case against the farm, and even though the insurers raised various arguments about the cause of the accident we were recently able to settle Mr Jansen's claim for over £460,000.00.
Mr Jansen was delighted with the settlement; he told us it has helped him to start rebuilding his life and planning for his future.

John strides out for KNI Foundation
Our client John Gowing ran the Waltham Forest half marathon last month to raise funds for the KNI foundation. KNI is a charity which was started in memory of Kenny Ibrahim a young man who was tragically killed in a motor accident in 2009.
We have been helping clients to deal with the dreadful trauma of a fatal accident for many years, so we were delighted to support John's efforts and our pic shows him crossing the finish line in a very respectable 1hr 33mins.
